Greenville's Mayor Knox White has declared a state of emergency within the City of Greenville. Consulting with those in the health and hospitality fields in Greenville, he's made the call. Beginning Tuesday March 18th, service at bars, restaurants and breweries inside the City of Greenville will be limited to drive thru or take out.
