As we learned over the weekend, the word is that later today (4/20) Governor McMaster will announce the lifting of restrictions on some retail stores (Department Stores etc...) and reopen South Carolina's beaches. A story in this morning's The State newspaper is among many South Carolina media outlets who are reporting that some Low Country Officials will keep them closed. This, of course, is a developing story.
