I have a personal confession to make. I spend a lot of time urging woman
to get mammograms. I spend a lot of time on how important they are and that your being irresponsible if you don't get one. Well it's been 3 year since I have had
a MAMMOGRAM. I'm always thinking I will do it next month and then another year passes. I am pledging and promising to get one this month and I want you  to as well. If your female and over 40 it's a must. Just write the word promise below in
