INGREDIENTS:
- Filleted fish
- Flour
- Eggs
- Beer
- Seafood Breader (I won't use anything but House Autry)
- Oil (Peanut if you don't have to worry about allergies, or Canola)
- Salt and Pepper
- Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix 1 cup flour, 1 beer (12oz), and 1 egg in a bowl big enough to hold the
mixture and the fillets - Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce to mixture to taste
- Add clean, paper towel dried, fillets to mixture
- Let the mixture with fillets sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Place seafood breader in a clean container, one that has a lid
- Take 4-5 fillets at a time from mixture and add to container with seafood
breader. Shake thoroughly with lid on to ensure they're coated very well. - Add coated fillets to oil (whether on the stove in a pot or deep fryer) and
cook until golden brown - Repeat
