Former Gaither Vocal Band member, and gospel music soloist, Guy Penrod, is reported to be resting comfortably following a medical procedure for the insertion of a heart stint earlier this week. He posted this statement on his Facebook page earlier this week: I wanted to let my friends know that I am currently "in for repairs." All went well; I just need to take it easy for awhile. My family and I are thankful for your prayers and good thoughts, and we look forward to seeing you on the road again very soon.
